Eric & Anne-Laure, the owners of the residence like to give their guests a professional, warm and personnalised welcome. Being native of Morzine, they will give them good advice for activities, shopping or good restaurants. Eric, also ski instructor will give information on the different ski domains. The residence is located at the foot of the Pleney runs. Renovated in 2024 in a eco-friendly and modern alpine style, every flat has a stunning view of the mountains with a ski-in ski-out location next to the Pleney gondola and runs but also next to the shops, restaurants and all summer and winter activities.
